Feng Jiang, male, Han nationality in Kangding Country, Sichuan province, LLM economic law of xi ' an jiao tong university. January 2004, lawyer Feng Jiang took a lead to establish the professional committee of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition law of Shenzhen lawyer association. (Then this name was changed into the legal professional committee of fair trade), lawyer Feng Jiang serves as the director of it, this organization is the earliest established professional committee of competition law among the lawyer association all over the world at that time, this pioneering work is ahead of the world. The website created 54 columns with professional features, such as “the chief expert lawyers” etc. which collected 175 cases about anti-trust and anti-unfair competition; 26 cases about property rights; and 14 cases about anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguards, at that time this website was ahead of all other similar websites in our country, today, this website daily visits amounted to several hundred people, which still keep in front of the same websites.

August 22, 2007, lawyer Feng Jiang published a written proposal of establishing lawyers’ alliance of Chinese competition law in the 7^th Chinese lawyer forum, through Shenzhen lawyer association. August 31, 2007, lawyer Feng Jiang published this written proposal in the website of www.ant-lawyer.com again, and suggested that kept the opportunity keenly and took action early to establish Chinese competition law firm jointly before the implementation of Anti-trust Law of P.R.C. At present, the number of Chinese anti-trust lawyer team is small, the market share is small, and the influence is limited.
